Part-time Administrative Assistant
Available shift: Monday-Thursday from 5PM to 8PM
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Knowledge of phone systems
- Experience in general office procedures
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Answer phones, take messages as needed and direct calls to the appropriate staff.
- Greet visitors and announce them to appropriate staff.
- Sort and distribute all incoming mail, post all outgoing.
- Ensure all copy machines have paper; troubleshoot error messages and coordinate with IT as needed.
- Maintain meeting room schedules.
- Maintain building grounds.
- Daily checks of all bathrooms, kitchens, and lobby.
- Report safety/fire hazards, as necessary.
- Report all building repairs to the Director of Operations.
- Maintain kitchen supplies; inventory & ordering of all paper & janitorial goods including but not limited to: Coffee/tea, Paper plates, Water, Paper cups (hot/cold), Milk, Paper towel, Sugar and Napkins.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Director of Human Resources
Base Rate: $18/hr
Reports to:
Director of Human Resources
Fully paid medical coverage for eligible staff.
